The seller and company names associated with your app do not reflect the name “APP Name” in the app or its metadata, as required by section 1.2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement.
Next Steps Your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the brand. If you have developed these apps on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account. Once created, you cannot change your seller name or company name in iTunes Connect. For assistance with changing your company name or seller name, you will need to contact iTunes Connect through the Contact Us page.
위와 같은 사유로 앱이 리젝 되신분들의 위해 내용을 공유하고자 합니다.
해당 리젝을 처리하기 위해 아이튠즈 커넥트에서 앱스토어에 표기되는 Copyright을 변경해도 리젝이 나오고, 리뷰 노트에도 설명을 적어도 계속 리젝이 나오는 상황이라

Copyright와 판매자의 이름이 같아야 한다고 합니다.
하이브리드 앱과 같은 경우 웹뷰에서 보여주는 웹페이지의 Copyright을 찾아서 리젝 사유로 적거나, Copyright가 없는 경우, Company 이름을 찾아 적어 내는 경우도 있습니다. 혹은 앱스토어 이름을 리젝 사유에 적는 경우도 있습니다.
리뷰팀과 통화중 게임과 같은 경우는 저작권 소유자와 판매자가 다른 경우가 많은데 왜 리젝이 안되고 있는지 항의 하였으나, 애플 리뷰팀에서는 아직 해당 카테고리에 관해서는 회의 중이며, 몇몇 카테고리부터 적용되고 있다고 합니다.
해외에서 해당 내용으로 리젝을 받은 개발자들이 있으며 애플 개발자 포럼에도 글이 있으나, 애플의 답변은 달리지 않은 상황 입니다.
